Transition in Autism
"Transitions in autism" is a company which offers individualised and personal services to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder, their families, schools and health boards. These include:
- Post diagnostic support to develop an individual’s understanding of their diagnosis (where relevant their families understanding will also be supported)
- In depth assessment to determine the impact of an individual’s autism/Asperger’s on their interactions, communications and thinking style
- Planning and developing interventions to target the acquisition of specific skills
- Functional behaviour analysis to determine why an individual is presenting/communicating in a physically or verbally challenging manner.=
